Our Mission
Our mission is to provide dignified Second Chance Housing opportunities for individuals facing past evictions, bad credit, court history, rental challenges, or felony records. We believe everyone deserves a new start, and we are passionate about helping people secure stable housing and receive the fresh keys they need to rebuild their lives.
We operate with integrity and transparency—requiring income verification and background checks to ensure long-term success for every client. While we do not offer free housing, emergency housing, or voucher-based placements, we specialize in housing placement for working individuals and families.

In addition to housing placement, we work directly with courts, property management teams, and attorneys through our Rent Relief Division. Whether we are helping you secure new housing or supporting you in staying in your current home, our commitment remains the same: providing real solutions, real advocacy, and a real chance at stability.

FROM INQUIRY TO NEW KEYS
1- Tell Us About Your Situation
Complete our short housing questionnaire.
2- Speak With Our Housing Team
If your preliminary information fits our program, we'll contact you to schedule a consultation.
3- Verify Your Information
Provide identification, current Employment and income documentation, and other requested information.
4- Housing Placement
Our team works with qualified clients through the housing placement process. We are the guarantors for your lease and insure the approval process by being the master lease holders and you being an authorized occupant. We assume the financial responsibility of the lease term with the property. Being so, our criteria and acceptance of clients is based on our assessment. Proof of income and Employment Verification does not mean approval or an agreement to work with you. Your appointment is VERY important and it is a KEY to your housing process. We GUARANTEE HOUSING throughout the entire state. We do not PAY for your housing. You must be prepared to pay an administrative fee for an application/ background check at selected property. You must be prepared to pay a deposit to hold the apartment unit. You must be prepared to pay the prorated amount required to move in. You must be prepared to have utilities transferred over to new address prior to being given key fob(s) and parking passes.
Yes, move-in dates/month can be deferred. Our retaining fee is required which is discussed in person.
Yes, we do charge a fee to assume the risk of your new lease and guarantor it with the new property.
